Marobrain shipping, tracking and returns

Marobrain orders leave the fulfilment centre within one business day and reach most US addresses in 3 to 6 business days. Shipping is free on the 3 and 6 bottle packages.

Delivery times and costs

Rural addresses, Alaska and Hawaii can add two to three days. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern on a Friday are picked the following Monday.

Tracking your Marobrain order

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected by the carrier. If nothing has arrived after two business days, check the spam folder first, then write to [email protected] with the name and postal code used at checkout and the desk will resend it.

If a parcel is late, lost or damaged

• Late. Carriers occasionally hold a parcel for a scan. If tracking has not moved for four business days, write in and a replacement is arranged.
• Damaged. Photograph the box and the bottles before unpacking further, then send the photographs the same day. A replacement ships without a return.
• Wrong item. The desk covers return postage and sends the correct package.
• Marked delivered but missing. Check with neighbours and the building office, then write in. Claims are opened with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns

Returns are part of the 60-day money-back guarantee. Do not post bottles back before you have a return instruction email, because parcels arriving without one are difficult to match to an order. International orders

This portal is the authorized channel for the United States. International shipping is not offered from here, and buyers outside the US should not order through third-party forwarding services, because the guarantee cannot follow a parcel through a reshipper.
