Marobrain refund policy

This policy sets out how refunds work for Marobrain orders placed on marobrainz.com and fulfilled by Maumee Ridge Nutrition, Inc.. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. The window

You have 60 days from the delivery date to ask for your money back. The delivery date is the one recorded by the carrier. Requests received on day 60 count. Requests received after it do not.

2. Condition of the bottles

Opened bottles are refundable. Partly used bottles are refundable. We would rather you actually tried Marobrain than returned it sealed to protect a technicality.

3. How to start

Email [email protected] with your order number and the words Refund request in the subject. You will receive return instructions and a returns address within one business day. Do not post anything before you have that email, because unlabelled parcels cannot be matched to an order.

4. What comes back to you

The product price you paid, refunded to the original payment method. Where free shipping applied to a 3 or 6 bottle package, nothing is deducted. Return postage is your cost unless the parcel arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the order was duplicated by our error.

5. Timing

Refunds are issued once the returned parcel is received, normally within five business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further three to five days to show it.

6. Damaged, missing or wrong deliveries

Photograph the parcel before unpacking further and write the same day. Damaged and incorrect orders are replaced without a return, and the replacement ships from the same authorized batch.

7. Purchases made elsewhere

This policy covers orders placed through this portal. Bottles bought from a marketplace listing, a reseller, or any site other than marobrainz.com are outside the authorized distribution described on the verification page, and their refunds are the seller's responsibility, not ours.

8. Fair use

The guarantee is offered once per household on a first order. Repeated refund and reorder cycles from the same address may be declined, and we will say so plainly rather than quietly refusing.
